4 tips to maintain a “3.0 (quilt)” Debian source package in a VCS

Raphael just posted some tips about maintaining a 3.0 quilt Debian
source package in a VCS. His tips assume git, but they should apply to
bzr as well.

gbp-pq in particular seems interesting. It would be useful to look at
its code if we'd ever want to export quilt patches to looms or
pipelines.
