A good place to start would just be "number of succeeded and failed
builds" per day/week/etc. This may give us some data about how many
people are having trouble using the system- cf launchpad-users. It
will always be a bit noisy because of actual build failures in the
upstream branches, but it may show something. Eventually you could
look to distinguish how many are failing because of errors in dbuild,
rejected uploads, depwait, etc.
