Upcoming Plucky beta and final freezes and SRU impact

Hi,

with the upcoming Plucky freezes[1][2], according to the release
schedule[3], remember that this impacts SRUs to the stable releases as
well. That's because of the SRU requirement that any SRU candidate
needs to be in the devel release as well.


1. Beta freeze: March 24th, 2025
2. Final Freeze: April 10th, 2025
