Is this what you  are looking for?

Building with a ppa:

sbuild -d lunar --extra-repository="deb [trusted=yes]
http://ppa.launchpad.net/xypron/golang/ubuntu lunar main" *.dsc

Add proposed:

sbuild -d lunar --extra-repository="deb
http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/ lunar-proposed main" *.dsc
