autopkgtest result URLs changed

Hi all,

Behind the scenes, we just moved our autopkgtest-cloud environment to a
new deployment. There aren't many user visible changes* really, but one
you might need to be aware of is that the result URLs have changed. If
you have tooling or browser history which has a reference to the old URL
which contained "objectstorage.prodstack4-5.canonical.com" then that
should be updated to this prefix instead:

  https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/

This is a proxy that hides the backend storage in use, so we can
redeploy in future to any swift compatible object store without breaking
people again. The wiki has been updated too:

  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ProposedMigration?action=diff&rev2=55&rev1=54

I'm not planning to remove the data under the old URLs just yet, but
don't rely on it existing forever. Everything should be available under
the new URL, so I recommend updating to that soon.

Cheers!

* results should appear on the web frontend faster now
