Update: a new fakeroot and a new debhelper have been accepted into 
hirsute to fix this. We then found out the fakeroot did not fix riscv64, 
but we now have a fix there too.

We've uploaded rebuilds of the affected packages. These will need to now 
be retried on riscv64.

A few broken packages managed to migrate to the release pocket of 
hirsute unfortunately. We'll be trying to get all the fixed versions 
migrated over as a priority.

After this is done we'll look to reopen the archive again and re-enable 
auto-sync.
