hirsute archive frozen temporarily [files ending up with wrong owner/group]

Greetings,

Due to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fakeroot/+bug/1915250, 
packages are being misbuilt. Files are ending up with the wrong owners.

We've disabled auto-sync and frozen the archive until this is dealt 
with. You can still upload, but they will be held in the queue for now.
