I agree! ccache should be demoted to universe, as it is not used by any
supported package or the official build process.
Ubuntu developers can still easily access it from "universe". If there is a
need to re-promote ccache into "main" in the future, it should go through a
full MIR process [0] instead of just being in "main" for legacy reasons.
