Sponsorship of fix for OpenVDB package in focal

Hello Richard,

First of all thank you for your contribution! I have now added an
'affects focal' to the bug which will probably make things a bit
clearer regarding what needs to be done. Currently, as far as I know,
the sponsorship queue doesn't have a dedicated rotation so sometimes
it might take a while before a sponsor notices the change and performs
action. That being said, with the bug targeting focal as it should,
it's more probable to happen sooner than later.
If time allows, I'll also try to take look and see if I can help out.

Cheers,

It's true that a fix has been released, but only as part of groovy, not as an update to focal, and my aim is to get this regression with openvdb fixed in the current LTS if at all possible (for the reasons outlined in the bug report comments).
