lxd needs to have a stable/ubuntu-20.10 channel, I guess some other
snaps too, this is currently breaking livecd-rootfs on armhf (the
other ones ran earlier and still downloaded 20.04):

error: cannot download snap "lxd": no snap revision available as specified
If the channel (stable/ubuntu-20.10) includes '*/ubuntu-##.##' track per 
Ubuntu policy (ex. stable/ubuntu-18.04) the publisher will need 
to temporarily create the channel/track to allow fallback during
download (ex. stable/ubuntu-18.04 falls back to stable if the
prior had been created in the past).

I feel like we need to automate more of this stuff.
