Patch Pilot Report for May 3rd, 2019

Hello,

Today I had some spare time, so I did some patch piloting. Here is my
report on the packages I reviewed and/or sponsored.

 - https://pad.lv/1821410 - unsubscribed sponsors, but talked to seb128
on IRC; I'm not opposed to resubscribing if someone else is willing to
drive it, it just needs an SRU bug description.
 - https://pad.lv/1824560 - unsubscribed sponsors because LocutusOfBorg
has already sponsored. Thanks!
 - https://pad.lv/1822062 - unsubscribed sponsors since slashd has
already sponsored. Thanks!
 - https://pad.lv/1827327 - just a manual sync from Debian Experimental
since Buster is frozen, sponsored.
 - https://pad.lv/1815684 - everything checks out (with the exception of
needing the bug number in the changelog, but that's trivial enough for
the sponsor to just do it and leave a note), but when I went to sponsor
it, I got this error:

I can look later, but it seems like a simple `debuild -S -d -sa` won't
work for this package. Someone else is welcome to try.

- someone at Canonical that can verify the patch should be the one to
review it.
 - https://pad.lv/1827451 - talked with oSoMoN on IRC, who said that the
fix will be driven by someone other than himself; I plan on following up
on it next time I Patch Pilot if things haven't changed.
