 - uploaded.

pad.lv/1600519: Add the lxqt-abi package and merge from Debian
 - reviewed and discussed with Simon on IRC.

pad.lv/1594596: [needs packaging] arc-firefox-theme
pad.lv/1594552: [needs-packaging] budgie-desktop
 - reviewed, can't be uploaded right now.

lp:~jbicha/indicator-session/lp1600502-fix-icon-install
 - pinged Desktop team about it.
