glibc 2.21 heading to vivid in a few short minutes

After extensive testing, per LP: #1425623, I am uploading glibc 2.21
to vivid-proposed.  There are no new symbols in this version, so it
won't cause anything to get stuck in proposed while it goes through
all the automated regression testing of doom on its way to the
release pocket, but this is a heads-up for people to watch out for
weird bugs and blame them on glibc, even when that's the wrong thing
to do about 108% of the time.

But, seriously.  If it breaks something for you, please let me know.
