Regarding patching virtualbox in 12.04

I don't think making the user go to the website to download the deb is a
very good idea.
A) We shouldn't have broken software in the repo (especially when it's
known broken with a known fix)
B) Some users can't/won't install software from third party areas/repos and
will only use the default repos (a sane and completely relevant idea)
C) IIRC, the deb file on the virtualbox website has proprietary bits
included. The version in the repos is the OSE version.
Thanks,
