Hi Dave,

Launchpad serves many purposes, but it does not begin to replicate all the
tools UA has available nor all the sources that UA in Mozilla uses to
produce actionable reports and information. I would say that more than some
requests and feature requests fall through the cracks.

In fact Launchpad is not really a platform intended for feedback from users
we currently do not have a good outlet for that. Also, you are just talking
about tools while I'm talking about a team to use all the tools we have and
potentially produce new ones and then deliver digestible data to developers
who do not have the time to digest this data themselves.
