Brainstorming for UDS-R

As always, UDS follows soon after release day, so it's time to start
gathering up plans for next cycle. We've already got 13 (...14...15!)
blueprints, and the desktop team is running an open call for topics.
I've started the roadmaps page on the wiki, all contributions welcome:
