Ubuntu is not participating in Google Summer of Code 2012

Hi all,
Ubuntu was not accepted into GSoC this year, due to procedural issues
with the application.
Debian is an accepted organization[1], however. Potential contributors
previously considering working with Ubuntu would be encouraged to look
at Debian's ideas page.
Let's work next year to make our 2013 application a success.
