getting access to errors.ubuntu.com to report / track crash bugs

How do we get access to the apport crash reports that are being reported now to the ErrorTracker system and http://errors.ubuntu.com?

If I go there now I get some information on which crashes are most common, but trying to drill in for more information by clicking on the function id in one of the lines of the tabular summary just gets me to an authorization request that always fails. It doesn't indicate who has access or how to get access to this information:

 OpenID Authentication Required

Authorization is required to access https://errors.ubuntu.com/bucket/?id=/usr/lib/unity-lens-video/unity-lens-video:DBusException:%3Cmodule%3E:__init__:__init__:get_bus:__new__:__new__:__new__

Either you have not been granted access to this resource or your entitlement has timed out. Please try again.

You are currently logged in as https://login.ubuntu.com/+id/yDLxPGp. (logout)

How do I get access, so I can e.g. write some bug reports on errors that affect me? Note that the launchpad ID I'm logging in with is "nealmcb" (not "yDLxPGp").

I'm still unclear on some other aspects of the error site, and have an open askubuntu query:
