Patch OpenJDK to support Unity Global Menus

Someone has written some Java code that will put a Swing window's menu
into the Global Menu.  It's great, but unfortunately it needs to be
added my the app author on a per-window basis.

Would it be possible to instead just patch some of this code into our
OpenJDK package so that it happens by default for all Swing windows when
running under Unity?
