The DMB reviewed this application, but after much discussion, decided to
ask Jean-Louis to return in a few months.


==what to do when uploaders no longer have the CoC signed ==

The DMB has decided that any Ubuntu developers that no longer have the
Ubuntu Code of Conduct signed will be deactivated pending signing the CoC.
We currently only have one uploader in this situation who will be
removed until he signs the CoC.

stgraber took an action to clean up coredev/motu duplicate package set
rights (such as a situation where a core dev or MOTU has PPU unnecessarily)

The concept of unused packagesets were discussed and there was an action
item given to laney with tumbleweed as a backup to contact the uploaders
of unused packagesets.
