I'd like to piggyback on this and make a specific request.  Currently we have 
both boost 1.42 and boost 1.46 in the archive (we switched to 1.46 as default 
at the start of the cycle) and it would be very nice if we could finish this 
transition.  I've just uploaded the last of the packages that would build.  
There aren't a lot left, so it'd be excellent if someone could have a look at 
this particular set of build fixes so we can make the old boost go away.  

It may also be that some of these are more trouble than they are worth and 
removal might be the right answer.

These are binary packages, where the source package name is different I've 
added it in parenthesis.
