Perhaps using a name that describes exactly what the ranking entails
would be more effective.
Ubuntu Member: a recognized member of the Ubuntu community
Ubuntu Developer: a Ubuntu Member who obtained their recognition through
contributing software development (patches, sponsored packages, whatever)
Ubuntu Uploader: a Ubuntu Developer who has upload permissions
PPU, MOTU, CoreDev, etc: a refinement of Ubuntu Uploader that describes
which packages can be uploaded
