Reevaluating the "Ubuntu Contributing Developer" status

This a problem I believe.  I've thought about it and I think most any name we 
could come up with is problematic.  There are a number of ways people get 
membership and we don't generally give them a special name.  My proposal is 
rename Ubuntu Contributing Developer to Ubuntu Member.
