New Launchpad bug listings

Next time you're looking at bugs you'll notice Launchpad's new UI
look-and-feel for bug search results, which the LP team demo'd at UDS.

There is now a gear icon at the top right of the bug table, which lets
you customize the information shown to you in bug lists.  (Note that
this customization is sticky and used for all of your bug searches.)
