 Now that you mention that, I wonder whether it would make sense to
 offer (optional) series-specific upload queues?  e.g.:
    dput ubuntu:oneiric foo.changes
 where ubuntu:oneiric would be a place in Launchpad which rejects
 non-oneiric uploads
