patch pilot 2011-03-07

I did a patch pilot stint today, and though I cannot upload, I reviewed the
following bugs and merge proposals:

* Review debdiff for bug 702990 (raise Python 2.6 compatible exceptions)
* Review mp for bug 386893 (Tomboy enhancement).  needs fixing
* Review mp for bug 719324 (geoip).  approved.
* Review mp for bug 707405 (tomcat6).  needs fixing
* Review debdiff for bug 725217 (looks fine, needs mp, i can't upload)
* Review diff for mp
