about forwarding/filing bug reports to Debian, which have user tags in Debian

There's currently a lot of activity fixing build failures in oneiric, and bug
reports are reported back to Debian. Thanks for the progress! However ...

 - please check first, if there is already a bug report filed
   in Debian

 - In any case, if you know that some kind of issue is tracked in Debian
using user tags, please add these user tags as well. For the build
   failures, these are:

   - Failing to link with ld --as-needed [1]:

	User: debian-gcc at lists.debian.org
	Usertags: ld-as-needed

   - Failing to link with --no-copy-dt-needed-entries/--no-add-needed [1]

	User: peter.fritzsche at gmx.de
	Usertags: no-add-needed

   - Failing to build with GCC-4.6: [2]

	User: debian-gcc at lists.debian.org
	Usertags: ftbfs-gcc-4.6

   - Failing to build with GCC-4.6 -Werror

	User: debian-gcc at lists.debian.org
	Usertags: ftbfs-gcc-4.6 ftbfs-werror

You can just add tags for another user as well.

 - When adding user tags, CC or BCC control at bugs.debian.org, the syntax is:

     user <user>
     usertag <bugnumber> + <usertags>

Thanks for your work!

  Matthias

PS: Sad news is that I'm currently filing a new round of bug reports
from the currently running test rebuild :-/
