Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat) RC Release Plan

We plan to "freeze" for the RC on Tuesday at **00:00 UTC**, at which
time the Release Team will stop processing uploads and begin the "RC
minus 3 days" process [1].

Jonathan Riddell (Riddell on irc) has graciously stepped up to lead our
ISO spin process for the RC. Other members of the Release Team will be
assisting, but he will be the maestro of this beautiful
orchestration ;).  

Finally, a HUGE thanks to all who've stepped up this cycle in
compensation for my inadequacies as acting RM :).
