Growing Ubuntu's cloud community

The emphasis at UDS has certainly shifted.  The management focus has certainly 
shifted.  I agree that as Canonical is able to grow, there will likely be 
additional support is traditional server applications, but in terms of what 
people are focused on in a release, it's definitely less important.

I the discussion around wanting community people to support different 
application stacks over the last few cycles has left me feeling like Canonical 
was interested in minimizing it's engineering investment in server 
applications and pushing as much of it to the community as possible.

My perceptions may not match what people at Canonical are really thinking, but 
they are real and I think I am not alone.
