'python27' tag for Natty bugs

Hi folks,

If you find or file a bug related to Python 2.7 support in Natty, please add
the tag 'python27'.  For example:

https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-numpy/+bug/664397

This will help me (and anyone else who wants to help with this transition)
find the bugs more easily.
