RFC: libxp6 in main

Hi,

I'd like to get your feedback on whether libxp6 should be kept in main or
demoted to universe:

 * libxp6: X Printing Extension (Xprint) client library 

This library is seeded both in the server and desktop seeds. It seems to be
required by some third-party packages:

 * https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libxp/+bug/21953

Should libxp6 be kept in main?
