This is the meta-package, like ubuntu-desktop, which defines what
packages to install with the netbook remix. It is a package
containing no code, just with Depends: and Recommends: fields listing
the appropriate other packages. The interesting stuff lives in
debian/control.
If you want to change the default applications, you've got the right
package. If you want to change anything else, you'll need to grab the
relevant package. Without more details of what you actually want to
do it's hard to give advice here, but you may well want a package from
this list: go-home-applet, maximus, netbook-launcher,
ubuntu-netbook-default-settings, window-picker-applet.
