pkgcache.bin and srcpkgcache.bin on the Desktop CD

I had a similar problem a while ago, and Michael said that
srcpackage.bin isn't really useful at all, so we could just change the
default apt configuration to not include it any more:

  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReducingDiskFootprint#Disable%20apt%20caches

pkgcache.bin could probably be removed from the livefs builders
indeed.
