command-not-found appropriate for standard?

Thank you for all of your work.

As a new user I would not have known to apt-get install command-not-found
(which is when I most needed it). Since then I've discovered all manner of
CLI tools that are tremendously useful. And command-not-found is still a
very good friend to have.
