This was pilot error; the correct URL of course is https://localhost:8443/
(which works).

I can now confirm via the web UI that the CC, SC and Walrus are all
registered successfully (after manual registration).

Next steps:

- Confirm MANAGED-NOVLAN configuration of the NC (I don't have the
  appropriate virtual networking set up to test the node install yet)

- Get auto-registration of CC/SC/Walrus working
