Hi Scott,

Throwing in my Threepence.
Surely, if #ubuntu-reviews is publicly logged and kept ontopic for
reviews, and is turn based - then the logs would be a really concise
nugget in someone attempting to learn by reading the logs at a later
date.  This has the obvious advantage of not having the side noise that
makes the current #ubuntu-{motu|devel} logs not much use.
