I'd say SC registration succeeded on first install, then you rebooted.
Thanks to the "respawn" stanza, eucalyptus-sc-registration tried several
times to register SC, and finally succeeded.

CC and Walrus registration probably fails when you try to register
"again". So they got registered at install/startup time, but
re-registration on reboot failed (there is no "respawn" in those ones).
All this asks the question of how to best do re-registration, if any.
