Upcoming library transition: libkrb53 - how to track it?

I'll go ahead and start the ball rolling to rework
likewise-open to use the krb5 1.7 APIs.  I won't be
able to officially check it in until we move to the
1.7 release internally (since that is still in beta,
it will be a bit).
