I don't think that's going to happen. There's no way we can do 2 bug trackers.

It would be nice to get Launchpad to collect this information, but for
the bugs that are currently reported that information just simply
doesn't exist.

My guess would be that once Launchpad started tracking version info
it'd be a good year or so before the data became useful for what
you're wanting to do.
