installing ubuntu9.04 on i.MX27 (ARM9) platform

Hi,

i am very new to linux and ubuntu. i want to port ubuntu9.04 Desktop for
ARM9.
i have created  ubuntu-arm.img using ARM/RootfsFromScratch document.

and i am able to install ubuntu on qemu. and i am trying to use this
 armel-rootfs-200906121610.tgz rootfs to install ubuntu desktop on my board.

i have saved this rootfs filesystem in my ubuntu pc & through nfs i am
trying to boot this. i am using linux kernel compiled for my board.

while booting it is stopping after mounting nfs filesystem. i have
attached the log with mail where i am failing. i am getting following
prints on my hyperterminal

after this it has just stopped without giving any errors or warning.

please check the complete log and please give some solution. where i am
doing wrong.
