I'll add an option to the View menu to sort by size.
However, a better tool for freeing disk space in a pinch is synaptic,
which will let you remove stuff that isn't considered cruft by the
janitor's heuristics.

Correct. The code is aimed at karmic, and people who want to have it
work on older releases need to do a backport of python-apt as well.

Should be easy enough for someone to make a netbook friendly version,
perhaps a variant of the GTK UI with tabs instead of adjacent lists. No
point in crippling the UI for bigger screens though: it is often a bad
idea to have one UI that works identically on every kind of screen.
