If ur referring to "9.06" as me being confused i assure you that its
merely a typo or a freudian slip from trying out OpenSolaris which next
stable release is supposedly 2009.06...
I am quite at home in the Linux world and i assure you that the download
was from the ubuntu servers.
However i probably downloaded the Netbook remix by mistake but i cant
really say for sure since i dont still have the isos.
Still, there was an error in the in image and the kernel that booted was
a really old one and yes i do know what the netbook remix looks like
since i have it on an eee.
I tried again a day or so later and there does not seem to be any
problems any more.
Very nice version, i have not run into any problems with either ext4 or
pretty much anything else so far.
