Updated FTBFS overview

Hello,

the code behind http://qa.ubuntuwire.org/ftbfs/ has been updated to use
the LP API (no more screen-scraping) which has brought some additional
features:
 * list also FTBFS from other pockets (like 'Security', 'Proposed',
   'Backports', 'Updates')
 * for 'Dependency wait' show on which dependency is being waited in a
   tooltip
 * for 'Failed to upload' link to the upload log instead the build log
