Except using rmdir was meant to find exactly this kind of thing... :) rm
-rf would avoid the upgrade error, but cause inconsistencies between the
filesystem and the dpkg database, and that's double-plus-ungood.

Once this is uploaded, ubuntu-docs will also need to Conflict with the old
version of edubuntu-docs. (Not Breaks; we need to ensure that the package
is actually removed from the filesystem.)
