Please put wine-gecko into multiverse

I uploaded a wine-gecko package Friday, but forgot to specify that it
needs to be a multiverse package.

It's LGPL, but currently requires Visual Studio to build (Wine needs the
Windows version of Gecko as a cabinet file, and this isn't yet possible
with Linux build tools).  So, the source package contains the source
code and the binary cabinet file, and the package "builds" by just
copying the binary.

This is the same file Wine downloads whenever it needs to create its
gecko rendering engine to do a fake internet explorer window; with this
package a local copy can be used instead.
