Right, in the case of Firefox/Iceweasel/Abrowser, I'd probably just submit 
patched to Debian (personally, I think abrowser is a largely pointless 
duplication of effort), but this isn't just about Firefox.  At the very least 
it affects all Mozilla branded packages and I assume others too.  I'd like to 
keep this separated from the particular package and discuss the policy.

My larger concern is stepping on a restriction I'm not aware of.  This isn't 
an issue for packages that are noticeably Mozilla packages.
