NVIDIA drivers moved to the DVD images

This is precisely what we don't want: enabling nonfree drivers by
default without the user's consent.

The user will get a notification, an easy way to install the driver,
and a lecture why the driver isn't ideal, but he has to do an explicit
decision to do so. This was the consensus reached on the Gutsy UDS,
and so far most people have been satisfied with it.

Personally I certainly don't want to change that.
