Note that we haven't required any *-release ACK for bugfix-only
upstream releases for about a year now, see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeatureFreeze. In short, we haven't cared
whether we fix bugs through new upstream versions or through patches.
We only care about new features, UI changes, etc., which should be
treated equally between new upstream releases, or debian/ubuntu
releases.

Was there any different opinion/outcome in the meeting?
