I don't see why the existence of a low-noise moderated list means that
we shouldn't discuss anything interesting on it; quite the opposite,
actually. People who consistently post high-signal messages for some
time can be added to the whitelist; in fact it's in the moderation
team's interest to do so since then they have to press fewer buttons!
