"Plugin finder service" is great

Hi,
I was amazed how good "Plugin finder service" worked in Ubuntu 8.04
when with Firefox I got to a first page that needed Flash. I love that
you gave choice for users to choose between proprietary and open flash
plugins.

Where can I found more about this "Plugin finder service"? Who made it
and how can I get in touch with developers who made it.
